The Greatest Piece of Fiction pts. IV & V

IV. In fear we feed, and sink our teeth in verses too blurring to even read. We are losing sight. In a fright, we look toward the light, but it ignites our eyes and the world goes white. What we thought was right all along was all wrong. No verse can save us now, no sonnet, no psalm. We unclasp our palms, and look for a realistic balm to heal us from the wavering beyond.
Now where do we belong?

V. Ascension.
Here they come.
We better not say where they are from.
We better not tell.
